I'm currently working on Evangelion-Stuck, an endeavor to retell Neon Genesis Evangelion in the world of Homestuck.  You can find this mad creation here!  Please check back every Tuesday-Thursday for new updates!

Hello my darlings!

It's been almost a year since I posted a journal, haha.  I have been busy working full time and unfortunately being a wholesome adult.  But thankfully, I have plans for a great new art project!  Starting April 1, 2013, I will be taking part in Draw-A-Feckin-Comic, a project to create an original 25-page comic in 34 days.  I'm very excited, as I want this to help me prepare for starting a webcomic. But that's getting ahead of myself, I have a lot to do before then!

Well, my friends, it has been some time since I wrote a journal!

In that time, Demoness-Melody and I advanced to the third round in TheSilverPen-OCT.  Mika's story ended there, but I urge you to support our two fabulous finalists: imagnet and DragonPuff!  I look forward to finding out who will be Isaac's executive assistant!

In early May, I finally graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, which was wonderful, but that was just the tip of the iceberg.  A degree alone does not make a nurse, and it took some time for me to take my licensing exam.  I thought for sure I failed, but I'm happy to announce, I am now a registered nurse!

Now to ponder what to do with my life.

I know what you should do with yours-- Enter , a written tournament to become the next death god, assistant to Death himself!  Auditions are due July 15th, so you have plenty of time to create the perfect reaper!  Bring your own apples!

Well, my ducklings, I'm thinking of things I want to do over my Thanksgiving break and I'd like very much to get better at drawing kissing (especially to prep for being in TheSilverPen-OCT!).  But then I was stumped at who I would practice drawing with...  So!  Please comment with two characters of any sort you'd like to see in a lip-lock and I will do some sketches.  I'm fully prepared for this to get wild and crazy.  I look forward to a cornocopia of genders and races!

Currently working on one with haius.

The dredge of nursing school has certainly taken its toll on my art, but I am still around and hopefully will work on some projects soon.  I'd like to work more with blending and realism, but that just means more practicing, haha.
